Marissa Palermo
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

With a passion for enhancing natural beauty and promoting skin health, Marissa is a dedicated Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. With 17 years of nursing experience, she is focused on personalized skincare treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, fat transfers, micro-needling, awake liposuction, laser therapy, and hair restoration. She is committed to staying current with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine to offer the best possible care to her clients. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and riding her horse.

Sasson Moulavi
MD. FASBP

A board-certified doctor specializing in anti-aging medicine, known for his holistic and innovative approaches to aging-related treatments, Dr. Sasson Moulavi and his team of experts, provide personalized anti-aging solutions, including weight loss, stress reduction, minimally invasive liposuction, fillers, stem cell therapy, IV therapy, and PRP therapy.

At Lavi MD, we focus on individuals, leveraging the latest advancements and your genetic profile to achieve the results you desire, helping you look and feel younger from the inside out.

Gina Tenore PA-C

Gina is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with a background in Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics. She utilizes an all-encompassing approach to beauty and wellness, tailoring treatment plans according to each patient’s unique anti-aging goals. 

 With a meticulous eye for detail, Gina delivers seamless, natural-looking results through injectables, hair restoration, microneedling, and more.

We make every effort to bill your insurance for applicable treatments. However, it’s important to note that many anti-aging and cosmetic procedures are typically not covered by insurance. To assist with the costs, you have the option to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or other applicable accounts.
